Terms & Conditions for Car Driftiing Sports
Clients should note that an adventure trip involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the action of clients which are beyond our control. A signed release or Indemnity Form will be required from all participants from OXBOLD team, our drifters and sports strategy partners.

OXBOLD instructors, drifters and our partners reserve the right to make such alteration to start and completion dates, duration, reducing the extent of a lesson, etc, that we deem necessary due to road, race track or weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control including minimum safe running numbers, before and whilst on a lesson and activities.

Fitness, Health & Experience:
While good health and a positive mental attitude are essential, you do not need to have prior experience. OXBOLD instructors, drifters and our partners reserve the right to refuse to carry any client who is deemed to endanger the safe running the lesson/activities. "Pregnant women will be refused participation".

Indemnity Form:
Each participants is required to sign an indemnity form in the site before the activity commences.

Rate EXCLUDES the insurance coverage. Please advise our sales people for the insurance purchase. The particular we required from participants to submit is full name as in identity card, IC or Passport number and emergency contact person detail. Maximum age limit is 60 years old and in good healthy with medical proof. Insurance can be provided at an extra cost on request for RM30 per person.

Payment Condition:
  1. Deposit 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited as it used to reserved the race track. Balance payment to be made in 14 working days prior to departure of activity as the cut off date for drift track and drifters booking.
  2. Payment should be by cash or cross cheque to OXBOLD bank account.
  3. No Refund will be entertained in case of NO SHOW or UN-USED Service without informing OXBOLD in advance with minimum 72 hours before the activities.
  4. Postponement notice must be provided by OXBOLD or our sport partner due to bad weather or which high risks is unavoidable, all payment will be transferred to a later date agreed by both parties.
  5. Postponement notice from participants must be provided by email or in writing within 2 working days prior to activities day and 14 working days for multiple days trip to qualifiy for an alternative date. Maximum to one time postpone notice allowed from customers/participants. Insurance payment is non-refundable or transferable. Full refund will be entertained to participant who agreed and bound to our terms and conditions.
  6. Once payment made. Participants will received a Confirmation Letter from OXBOLD. Only booking with confirmation letter consider as VALID booking (Please insist of Confirmation letter once you made the payment).
We pay 100% Money Back GUARANTEE to our clients. If you fulfill our payment and cancellation policy below. We will pay back full amount to you! We believe in trust and committed to our services to all our clients.

Participants must forward a written notice within the following period:

 21 (Twenty One) days prior to arrival: Full Refund
 Less than 21 (days) but more than 14 (Fourteen) days: Charge 50% from total package amount
 14 (Fourteen) days or less: No refund
 Insurance payment is non-refundable.
 No show or Un-used service: No refund.
 Participants may have option to change current reserved schedule to other convenience date with extra charge.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, making it impossible or not advisable to conduct the lesson, we (OXBOLD) and our instructors, partners reserve the right to change to another schedule or cancel the activities to our absolute discretion. In such eventuality, agreed by both parties, a full refund shall be given to the client who informed us to cancel the package (hereafter referred to as "activity" or "activities") at least 21 days prior to the scheduled activity. No shows are clients who do not cancel but who miss their activity for any reason. No shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and shall not be entitled to any refund. All refunds for activities shall be made within 7 days from date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed upon original confirmation letter / receipt. Activities already taken are nonrefundable.
